Replacing old fuse boxes with modern consumer units. Usually a day's work; we check the wiring first.
Tripping circuits
We find what is causing the trip and fix it. Often same day; we test each circuit to isolate the fault.
Leak tracing
For hidden leaks and damp patches. We use tracer gas or thermal imaging to locate the leak before opening anything up.
Boiler, radiator and gas pipework
Pipework for boilers, radiators and gas appliances. We pressure-test and provide certification paperwork.
Bathroom and kitchen plumbing
Taps, toilets, showers, sinks and appliances. We ask what you have bought first, so we bring the right fittings.

Do you charge for the first visit?
No. For jobs in Leeds the site visit and written quote are free.
How quickly can you come out?
For electrical faults or leaks, call before noon and we aim for the same day. After that, first thing next morning.
Do you work on both gas and electricity?
Yes. Two engineers cover electrical and plumbing; gas pipework is handled by the engineer who does the gas work.
What should I do in an emergency?
Call the 24/7 fault line. We will tell you how to make it safe while you wait, like turning off the isolator or water stopcock.
Can you give a fixed price?
We give a written quote on the day after the site visit. The price is for the work agreed, and we tell you if anything changes.
