Kitchen refits
Strip-out, units, worktops, tiling, electrics and plumbing. We ask about appliances and layout at the survey. Most kitchens take 3 to 4 weeks.
How we quote
We start with a free survey. We measure, look at what is behind the walls and talk through what you want. After the survey you get an itemised written quote and a schedule. Payment is split by stage, so you know what each payment covers.
Services
Bathroom refits
Shower, bath, tiling and waste connections. We check water pressure first. A full refit usually takes 2 to 3 weeks.
Plastering and decorating
Skimming, filling, sanding and painting. Needed after rewiring or before new flooring. We protect floors and furniture before starting.
Flooring
Laminate, engineered wood, tiles and screed. We measure moisture levels and tell you if the subfloor needs levelling first.
Rewiring and plumbing
Full or partial rewiring, consumer units, pipework and radiators. We test before quoting so you know what can stay.
Structural work
Load-bearing wall removal, steel beams and new openings. Engineer's calculations are provided, and we handle building control paperwork and neighbour notices.
In-house trades
No subcontractors. The electricians, plumbers, plasterers and carpenters are our own team. That means one point of contact and one standard of work from start to finish.
Questions about services
Do you provide a written quote?
Yes. After the survey you get an itemised written quote and a schedule. It lists what is included and what each stage costs.
Can you work with my own kitchen or bathroom supplier?
Yes. We can fit materials you have bought, or order them for you. We check measurements at the survey.
What happens if we find unexpected problems?
We stop and explain what we found. You get a revised quote for that part before we carry on. No work continues without your agreement.
