Fresh pasta and wood-fired pizza

A 28-seat Italian restaurant in Ancoats. Hand-made tagliatelle, ravioli and pappardelle, pizza from the wood oven, and a short wine list. Lunch is walk-in; evenings by reservation. Closed Mondays.

Hand-made pasta every morning

Tagliatelle, ravioli and pappardelle are rolled and cut in the kitchen each morning. The pasta changes with the season; in autumn it is often pumpkin or mushroom, in spring peas and ricotta.
