Does the menu change often?
It changes with the season, usually a few dishes at a time. The pasta shapes stay similar, but sauces and soups follow what is fresh.
Are prices fixed?
The figures are starting prices. A few dishes cost more with extra ingredients; the menu in the restaurant has the final price.
Can I see the menu before I book?
