A small kitchen in Ancoats
Trattoria Mia is a 28-seat restaurant on a side street in Ancoats. The pasta is made in the kitchen each morning, the pizza goes into the wood oven, and the wine list is short on purpose. The menu changes with the season; what you ate in October may not be there in April.
The room and the team
The room holds twenty-eight. There is a small counter, a few tables by the window, and an open kitchen door. We keep the team small so the same people cook and serve.
