Anonymous visit, page-view and contact-intent measurement begins only after the visitor allows analytics. Before consent, the bmc_vid visitor cookie is not created and marketing-attribution storage is not written.

Preferences and retention

The preference center separates necessary and analytics records. Declining analytics clears existing analytics browser storage and the anonymous visitor cookie. You can change the choice later in the same center.

Current inventory

Language preference is kept for 1 year, cookie preference for 180 days, the anonymous visitor cookie for 12 months and marketing attribution for the browser session. Safe form-retry and order-access records are used only for necessary purposes during the relevant browser session.
