Scope of service
The platform offers demo previews, website drafts, an explicit publish step, managed hosting and inquiry tools included in the selected plan. Domain purchasing is not included; setup help is available for an existing domain.
Draft, preview and publish
A preview is not a live customer site. Edits remain in draft until the user explicitly publishes them. Demo concepts are not presented as customer references or completed deliveries.
Order and payment
The setup fee is shown separately from the monthly service fee. Self-service checkout and automatic card charging are not active; the order, tax and payment details become final only after written confirmation with support.
User responsibilities
Users confirm that the text, images, branding and contact details they provide are accurate and that they have the right to use them. Illegal, misleading or rights-infringing content may not be published.
Third parties and continuity
Rules of domain registrars, email, hosting and other third-party providers also apply. Planned maintenance, security incidents or provider outages may temporarily affect service; uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
Disputes and mandatory rights
The parties first seek a written solution through support. Mandatory consumer rights and available consumer arbitration or court routes remain unaffected. For business orders, the governing-law and jurisdiction terms in the written order confirmation apply.
