A request reply is not marketing
Replies to preview, order, support and privacy requests are sent to handle the request. Those actions do not by themselves subscribe the person to campaigns or promotions.
Separate and explicit permission
Where required, campaigns, offers or product announcements use a separate choice that clearly identifies the channel and scope. Silence, a preselected box or a condition of service is not treated as marketing consent.
Opt-out and preference changes
Commercial-message permission can be withdrawn at any time through the support email. Where Türkiye's Message Management System applies, consent and opt-out choices can also be managed through IYS.
Protecting permission records
Consent and opt-out records are retained only as needed to meet legal evidence duties. After an opt-out, no marketing message is sent other than necessary service communications.
