Is the preview really free?
Yes. Creating a real website preview from your business brief is free. You decide on the package and payment in a separate step after seeing it.
Is the preview published automatically?
No. Draft, preview and public publication are separate states. The site is not published before approval and the required payment steps are complete.
Can I use my existing domain?
Yes. The domain remains yours. We help connect its DNS records; the cost of purchasing a domain is not included in the plan.
Are forms, WhatsApp and phone actions the same?
No. Submitted forms and bookings are direct inquiries. WhatsApp and phone clicks are shown separately as contact intent.
How is payment completed?
When an automated payment link is configured, you are sent to a secure payment page. Otherwise the order is saved as awaiting payment and the team contacts you.
Can I change my plan later?
The plan scope can be reviewed with support. Any new scope and fee are shared clearly before the change takes effect.
Where are cancellation and refund terms?
Subscription cancellation and refund terms are explained in separate legal documents. You read and accept them before placing an order.
Who answers support requests?
A human team replies through support email and, when configured, WhatsApp. The target response time is within one business day.
How long is my preview kept?
The preview link is time-limited and access closes when it expires. A preview that becomes an order is kept with the order record; an expired preview can be created again from the same brief.
Can I edit the site myself after publishing?
Yes. In the dashboard you can describe the change in writing, use simple editing to change fields, or move sections in the advanced editor. Every change is written to a draft first and goes live only with your approval.
How is a domain connected?
The domain stays yours. You add the DNS records shown in the dashboard at your domain provider; once verification completes, the site is published on your domain. See the domain guide for the steps.
Where is the site published if I have no domain?
Every site can be published on a free platform subdomain. When you connect your own domain later the address changes; content and dashboard stay the same.
Which plan includes bookings?
Taking bookings from the site is open on every plan, the entry plan included. The plans differ by capacity instead: page and automation counts, pipeline CRM, advanced analytics and the messaging allowance. Nothing is sent until a channel is connected, and the product says so rather than hiding it.
What does the setup fee cover?
The one-time setup fee covers the first website draft from your business brief, initial content and page setup, and the technical check before publishing. The monthly fee covers hosting, the dashboard and support.
Do prices include tax?
Prices are shown before VAT or sales tax; the order confirmation states tax separately where it applies.
What happens after I pay?
The team verifies the payment, the order enters the provisioning queue and your account, site and subdomain are created. Each step is visible on the order status page.
Why are WhatsApp and phone clicks counted separately?
A click is a signal of contact intent, not a message; the site cannot know whether the person actually wrote. That is why the dashboard never mixes them with direct inquiries.
Where is my data stored and can it be deleted?
Data is stored on the infrastructure that hosts the service. Through the privacy request form you can ask for access, correction or deletion; requests are processed except where legal retention periods apply.
I lost my order link. What should I do?
On the order recovery page you can request a secure link with your order reference and email address. The link is sent only to the registered email.
What is the difference between Done For You and doing it myself?
Doing it yourself, you give the brief, review the preview and choose a plan. With Done For You our team takes over copy, images and publishing preparation; a written quote follows the scope call.
Build your site today.
Describe your business, see the preview, then choose your plan. The preview does not ask for your contact details.
