Vebivo does not currently operate a public automated checkout or automatic renewal. A free preview creates no payment. Paid service becomes final only after scope, provider identity, total price, tax treatment and payment method are confirmed in writing.
Information provided before an order
The written confirmation states the provider's registered identity and contact details, selected plan, setup and monthly charges, tax treatment, delivery scope, estimated timing, domain conditions and the cancellation and refund route.
Starting the service
Setup or Done For You work does not begin before the proposal and order confirmation are accepted. For consumer orders, any request to start during the withdrawal period is collected as a separate explicit instruction.
Delivery and publication
A draft or preview is not a live publication. The written confirmation defines delivery scope; publication happens only after user approval and the required order steps are complete.
Domain and third-party costs
Domain purchasing is not included. An existing domain stays with the user. Licenses, professional photography or custom integrations are included only when the proposal expressly says so.
Dispute route
Questions or objections about an order should first be sent to support in writing. Mandatory consumer arbitration, court and other available remedies are not limited.
