Vebivo is operated by Better Media Company. Personal data provided during free previews, accounts, support, orders and site management is processed for the purposes described here. Formal provider identity also appears in the paid-order confirmation and issued financial documents.
Categories of data
We may process your name, email, phone, business details, uploaded photos, preview inputs, support messages, account and security records. Form and booking submissions on customer sites may be recorded as direct inquiries; WhatsApp and phone button clicks may be recorded as contact-intent signals.
Purposes and legal grounds
Data is used to prepare previews and sites, operate accounts, track inquiries, provide support, protect security, prevent abuse and handle assisted orders and accounting. The relevant ground may be contract performance, legal obligation, legitimate interest or consent where required.
Providers and transfers
Data may be shared only as necessary with authorized providers for hosting, email, security, payment or support. Provider selection and any international transfer are managed under applicable safeguards and contractual protections. Personal data is not sold for advertising.
Retention, security and deletion
Data is retained only for the processing purpose, the account or contract relationship, dispute periods and applicable record-keeping duties, then securely deleted, destroyed or anonymized. Security records are limited to the time needed for abuse prevention and incident review.
Your rights
You can use the privacy-request form for information, access, correction, deletion, recipient information, objection and remedy requests. Valid requests are answered within the applicable statutory period and no later than 30 days. When needed, identity is verified through a secure follow-up channel rather than an open document upload.
Marketing communication is a separate choice
Submitting a preview, order, support or privacy request does not grant marketing permission. Commercial-message consent is requested separately and explicitly; service and order replies are sent only as necessary to handle the request.
