Current order flow
Plan selection follows the free preview. Self-service checkout and automatic renewal are not active; setup and monthly service orders are confirmed in writing with support.
Cancellation request
Send a cancellation request to the support email. We confirm receipt, the service end date and any open balance in writing. Because automatic card charging is not active, cancellation is not an instruction to stop a future automatic charge.
Site and data access
The order confirmation determines when site and dashboard access ends. Self-service CSV export is not currently available for customer records; access and delivery options are assessed with support.
Domain and content
A domain registered in the user's own name remains theirs. The platform does not purchase domains. Delivery of original text and images supplied by the user is agreed in writing within the technical limits of the order.
